What a day!! I’m back home from my dentist after getting my tooth pulled. Aside from some swelling and pain and the fact that I’m high on Novacaine, I am doing pretty good. So I am just going to sit back and let my ibuprofen numb my pain.

I haven’t been on here in a while. Like I stated in my last post I was having some internet trouble and finally got it fixed. Wifi can cause headaches sometimes. So I am back and in full effect. I will definitely update the blog with frequent posts now.

I have a lot of things going in my life right now. For starters, I will be starting my first year of college next month. Which I am soooo excited about. After years of wanting to become a doctor, I am finally beginning the journey. I plan on not taking too many courses and just ease my way into the whole college rhythm. I am amped and ready to go. I love learning, so college is a perfect match for me.

Oh, also I know some months back I said I would be jump starting my YouTube channel. But since I am not really in the position to do it and do it right as of now. I will have to postpone my YouTube venture indefinitely. It’s coming, just not yet.

So that’s it for now. I think the next post I write will be about hair. So be on the lookout for me. I usually write my posts on Friday so check then for that new post and maybe more.

Eleanor Roosevelt said it best. You should never let anyone bring you down mentally or emotionally. In the past couple of weeks I have really taken this statement to heart and applied it to my own self. People will try their hardest to bring you down with them. But you have the power to let them do this or not. Choose for yourself that you will never let anyone do this to you.

You see, people who try to bring others down or make others feel bad are really unhappy with themselves. So in order to make their miserable existence more tolerable, they have to make others miserable. These kinds of people come in all races, religions, classes, genders, and ages. They prey on the weak and helpless. These people are haters. They don’t hate you, they hate what you have. They hate to see you doing good. Their engulfed by jealousy and hatred for you and others like you. So the only way for them to feel good is to hurt you. They live and thrive off of your suffering. Suffering that they love to inflict.

You have to make sure you are strong in mind, soul, and body in order to resist the venom these people spew. Never let these people succeed in bringing you down to their miserable state. So many of us don’t realize that we have so much going for us, that we let these people come into our lives and bring us down. They can be family, friends, coworkers, or strangers. Their abuse can last for years or seconds. You have to be strong and know who you are, so you can avoid their vicious lies. Don’t doubt yourself. As long as you continue to do good the Creator will protect and provide for you.

This is just some knowledge I wanted to share with you all. Please take Mrs. Roosevelt’s statement to heart and learn from it and live by it.

If you live on the east coast, then you are probably preparing for the second snow storm that’s about to hit. The above picture was inspired by this snow storm. I created that set on a website called Looklet. It let’s you put real clothes on models to create an outfit. You even get to chose the background picture. Most of the sets on my page are modest clothing that a Muslimah could wear. Even though my models aren’t wearing a hijab scarf, a hijab can easily be incorporated into any of my looks. The reason they don’t have hijab on is because their really isn’t a good selection of scarves on Looklet that can be worn on the head.

But aside from that, I have to say I love this website. I can be creative and really get a good idea of my fashion sense and be able to grow on that. Peace everyone. I just wanted to inform you all that in the coming months I will start posting vlogs on Youtube. It has been something that I have been thinking of for a while now.

I already have a Youtube account, but I only have one video on it. I really have become inspired to try out vlogging on Youtube and I think it will be fun! And who knows how far I will go.

I will make posts on a variety of topics. It will just be like this blog only in video. So, Insha ALLAH, next year around February I will debut Wiggy Wack TV. So stay tuned, I will alert you when I debut.

It’s Thanksgiving everyone! If your not from the US or Canada then you may have never heard of Thanksgiving. Well, it is a holiday when families gather to give thanks and indulge in a delicious meal.

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. I love the time I get to spend with my family. I also love all the food. This year my family had a very small Thanksgiving, but the food was absolutely delicious. Insha ALLAH, we will have a much bigger one next year by inviting more family members.

I hope you have a great Thanksgiving, it’s a wonderful time to be thankful.

Now let’s toast with some eggnog.
